For more than 20 years as a psychotherapist, I have enjoyed helping people have more satisfying relationships with their loved ones and themselves. I believe that everyone has the ability and the right to heal from past hurts and insults, become the best version of themselves, and have a life of purpose, meaning and happiness.
I hold post graduate certifications in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT, EFFT, EFIT - Supervisor and Practitioner), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (Practitioner), and Discernment Counseling (Practitioner). I have also completed extensive training in other models of therapy including Sex Therapy, the Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I incorporate key elements of those models as needed to serve my clients.
I provide clinical consultation to psychotherapists in the practice and around the world on Emotionally Focused Therapy, Romantic and Familial Relationship Counseling, and on Clinical Supervision/Consultation.
