“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are” - Carl Rogers

As a therapist, it is my honor to be a part of each client’s journey towards creating a fulfilling life in line with their personal values and therapeutic goals. I believe everyone is deserving of treatment, especially treatment that provides acceptance, support, encouragement, and is free of judgement. Throughout treatment, I work to ensure each client has a safe space to heal and grow into the most authentic versions of themselves.

I work with adult individuals using a variety of treatment approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I use an eclectic and individualized approach to care to ensure clients are receiving treatment that works best for them and meets them and meets them where they are. I also hold a post-graduate certification as a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.

I have experience working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders and disordered eating, trauma, self-harm, and LGBTQ+ related concerns. I am especially passionate about addressing and challenging diet culture and weight stigma, and align as a Health at Every Size (HAES) provider. I am also passionate about providing trauma-informed care to each and every client.
